Rive Drive Motel must collect personal data in order to provide services and complete bookings. We will only collect information that has been provided to us by the guest.

The personal details submitted in the booking process including;

names, address, e-mail address, business address and phone number, and any other personal details that guests choose to submit during the booking process.
Payment details that are required for recording and processing reservations and extras.

River Drive Motel will only disclose personal information after seeking guests consent, or if required to by law. Guests are able to request access to their own personal information, however it may be required by law for River Drive Motel to retain personal information about guests. Any requests to destroy personal information will be assessed on a case by case basis. River Drive Motel will not share personal information with third parties who are not associated with the service delivery, or send personal information overseas unless required by law.
