Pandesal Bakery offers a great variety of sourdoughs, Turkish loaves, ciabatta, polenta, fruit loaves, spelt sourdough and many more. They have a different selection of breads and pastries made fresh every day.
Baker, Stephen uses a traditional long fermentation process for his sourdoughs, achieving bread with more flavour, using only the basic ingredients: flour, water and salt. The process and fermentation can take up to 36 hours from start to finish - Good things come to those who wait!
